Your wallet is linked to your X account’s permanent numeric ID, not the handle, so renaming or selling the handle doesn’t reset your record. Links are permanent: there is no unlink. One wallet can belong to one X account, ever. One X account can link several wallets, and all of them stay on your record. Codes expire after 15 minutes and work once.
